假單極神經元的中樞突組成 后根入脊髓；周圍突加入脊神經，分布于皮膚、肌、關節以及內臟的 感受器等，將軀體與內臟的感覺沖動傳向中樞。運動纖維由脊髓灰質 的前角、胸腰部側角和骶副交感核運動神經元的軸突組成，分布于橫 紋肌、平滑肌和腺體。因此，根據脊神經的分布和功能，可將其組成 的纖維成份分為四類：communlcatlnu brancn 為連于脊神經與交感 干之間的細支。其中發自脊神經連至交感干的叫白交通支；而來自交 感干連于每條脊神經的叫灰交通支（點擊內臟神經了解）。后支 posterior branch較細，是混合性的，經相鄰椎骨橫突之間向后行走 （骶部的出骶后孔），都有肌支和皮支分布于項、背及腰骰部深層的 肌和枕、項、背、腰、臀部的皮膚，其分布有明顯的節段性。其中， 第2頸神經后支的皮支粗大，稱枕大神經，穿斜方肌腱至皮下，分布于 枕和項部的皮膚。腰神經后支分為內側支和外側支。內側支細小，經 橫突下方向后，分布于腰椎棘突附近的短肌與長肌。在腰椎骨質增生 病人，可因橫突附近軟組織骨化，壓迫此支而引起腰痛。第1—3腰神 經后支的外側支較粗大，分布于臀上區的皮膚，稱臀上皮神經。第l～ 3骶神經后支的皮支分布于臀中區的皮膚稱臀中皮神經。前支 anterior branch 粗大，是混合性的，分布于軀干前外側和四肢的肌 和皮膚。在人類，胸神經前支保持著明顯的節段性，其余的前支分別 交織成叢，由叢再分支分布于相應的區域。脊神經前支形成的叢計有 ：頸叢、腰叢和骶叢等。脊神經共31對，計有頸神經8對，胸神經12對 ，腰神經5對，骶神經5對，尾神經1對。1．脊神經由與脊髓相連的前 根anteriorroot和后根posterior root在椎間孔合并而成。前根屬 運動性，由位于脊髓灰質前角和側角（側角位一C8—L3節段）及骶髓 副交感核（S2-4）的運動神經元軸突組成。后根屬感覺性，由脊神經 節內假單極神經元的中樞突組成。脊神經節是后根在椎間孔處的膨大 部，為感覺性神經節，主要由假單極神經元胞體組成。
