假單極神經(jīng)元的中樞突組成 后根入脊髓；周?chē)患尤爰股窠?jīng)，分布于皮膚、肌、關(guān)節(jié)以及內(nèi)臟的 感受器等，將軀體與內(nèi)臟的感覺(jué)沖動(dòng)傳向中樞。運(yùn)動(dòng)纖維由脊髓灰質(zhì) 的前角、胸腰部側(cè)角和骶副交感核運(yùn)動(dòng)神經(jīng)元的軸突組成，分布于橫 紋肌、平滑肌和腺體。因此，根據(jù)脊神經(jīng)的分布和功能，可將其組成 的纖維成份分為四類(lèi)：communlcatlnu brancn 為連于脊神經(jīng)與交感 干之間的細(xì)支。其中發(fā)自脊神經(jīng)連至交感干的叫白交通支；而來(lái)自交 感干連于每條脊神經(jīng)的叫灰交通支（點(diǎn)擊內(nèi)臟神經(jīng)了解）。后支 posterior branch較細(xì)，是混合性的，經(jīng)相鄰椎骨橫突之間向后行走 （骶部的出骶后孔），都有肌支和皮支分布于項(xiàng)、背及腰骰部深層的 肌和枕、項(xiàng)、背、腰、臀部的皮膚，其分布有明顯的節(jié)段性。其中， 第2頸神經(jīng)后支的皮支粗大，稱(chēng)枕大神經(jīng)，穿斜方肌腱至皮下，分布于 枕和項(xiàng)部的皮膚。腰神經(jīng)后支分為內(nèi)側(cè)支和外側(cè)支。內(nèi)側(cè)支細(xì)小，經(jīng) 橫突下方向后，分布于腰椎棘突附近的短肌與長(zhǎng)肌。在腰椎骨質(zhì)增生 病人，可因橫突附近軟組織骨化，壓迫此支而引起腰痛。第1—3腰神 經(jīng)后支的外側(cè)支較粗大，分布于臀上區(qū)的皮膚，稱(chēng)臀上皮神經(jīng)。第l～ 3骶神經(jīng)后支的皮支分布于臀中區(qū)的皮膚稱(chēng)臀中皮神經(jīng)。前支 anterior branch 粗大，是混合性的，分布于軀干前外側(cè)和四肢的肌 和皮膚。在人類(lèi)，胸神經(jīng)前支保持著明顯的節(jié)段性，其余的前支分別 交織成叢，由叢再分支分布于相應(yīng)的區(qū)域。脊神經(jīng)前支形成的叢計(jì)有 ：頸叢、腰叢和骶叢等。脊神經(jīng)共31對(duì)，計(jì)有頸神經(jīng)8對(duì)，胸神經(jīng)12對(duì) ，腰神經(jīng)5對(duì)，骶神經(jīng)5對(duì)，尾神經(jīng)1對(duì)。1．脊神經(jīng)由與脊髓相連的前 根anteriorroot和后根posterior root在椎間孔合并而成。前根屬 運(yùn)動(dòng)性，由位于脊髓灰質(zhì)前角和側(cè)角（側(cè)角位一C8—L3節(jié)段）及骶髓 副交感核（S2-4）的運(yùn)動(dòng)神經(jīng)元軸突組成。后根屬感覺(jué)性，由脊神經(jīng) 節(jié)內(nèi)假單極神經(jīng)元的中樞突組成。脊神經(jīng)節(jié)是后根在椎間孔處的膨大 部，為感覺(jué)性神經(jīng)節(jié)，主要由假單極神經(jīng)元胞體組成。
