軍團菌爆發快檢測試劑盒（熒光PCR)

實驗步驟

1） 將所有的材料和樣品都平衡至室溫（2-30℃）

2） 將所有的檢測卡從密封的試劑袋中取出。

3） 將樣品點滴器垂直置于樣品孔上方，向樣品孔中加入3滴樣品（120-150ul）。

4） 10分鐘內讀取結果，強陽性樣品可能會早點出現結果。

注意：10分鐘后讀取的實驗結果可能會不準確。

結果說明

陽性結果：檢測線區域出現明顯的粉色條帶，另外質控線區域出現粉色條帶。

陰性結果：檢測線區域不顯色，質控線區域出現明顯的粉色條帶。

無效結果：靠近檢測線的質控線在加樣品后15分鐘內不可見的話，則實驗結果無效。
