zui近，中國科學(xué)院遺傳與發(fā)育生物學(xué)研究所研究員儲成才（儲成才科學(xué)網(wǎng)博客）研究組在水稻氮高效利用領(lǐng)域的研究取得了新突破，該成果為培育兼具高產(chǎn)與早熟優(yōu)點(diǎn)的水稻品種提供了解決方案，相關(guān)研究2月24日在線發(fā)表在《植物細(xì)胞》雜志中，并被該刊作為該期精品論文推送。

研究人員在前期研究硝酸鹽轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)蛋白基因的基礎(chǔ)上，對其同源基因的功能進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步探索。研究顯示，這種同源基因主要定位于液泡膜，受銨鹽誘導(dǎo)，參與水稻對細(xì)胞內(nèi)硝酸鹽及銨鹽利用的調(diào)節(jié)。由于硝態(tài)氮和銨態(tài)氮是植物利用氮的兩種主要形式，尤其銨態(tài)氮，是水稻的主要利用方式。因此該基因的這種功能分化對水稻環(huán)境適應(yīng)性具有重要意義。

北京、長沙及海南等多年多點(diǎn)的田間試驗表明，這種基因的過表達(dá)植株在高氮和低氮條件下均表現(xiàn)出顯著的增產(chǎn)效果。尤其在低氮條件下，該基因過表達(dá)株系小區(qū)產(chǎn)量以及氮利用效率zui高可提高至60%, 且在高氮條件下可提早開花2周以上，從而有效縮短了水稻成熟時間。該研究成果為培育兼具高產(chǎn)與早熟品種，克服農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)中高肥導(dǎo)致的“貪青晚熟”問題提供了解決方案，具有巨大的應(yīng)用潛力。

數(shù)年來，中科院遺傳發(fā)育所及其所屬三個國家重點(diǎn)實驗室的水稻氮高效研究團(tuán)隊獲得了系統(tǒng)性的重要成果，在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域引起了廣泛關(guān)注。
