【產(chǎn)品組成】

【使用步驟】

1．用棉簽蘸取鼻或口腔分泌物。

2．將棉簽浸入樣品稀釋液，充分?jǐn)嚢杌靹蚝?，靜置少許時(shí)間，用一次性滴管取上清液。（樣品若不能立即測試，應(yīng)冷藏保存，超過24小時(shí)，應(yīng)冷凍保存。）

3. 將未開封的試紙卡和檢測樣品恢復(fù)至室溫。

4. 將試紙卡水平放置，用滴管向試卡孔緩慢逐滴加入3滴不含氣泡的檢測液。

5. 10分鐘判斷結(jié)果，15分鐘后的結(jié)果不作參考。

陽性：兩條紫紅色條帶出現(xiàn)。

陰性：只有一條色帶出現(xiàn)，檢測T線無顯色

無效：未出現(xiàn)質(zhì)控C線，表明操作不當(dāng)或試劑盒已失效。在此情況下，應(yīng)再次仔細(xì)閱讀說明書，并用新的試劑盒重新測試。

【檢驗(yàn)方法的局限性】
