組織胞漿菌病是一種原發(fā)性真菌病。主要分布在美國密西西比河和俄亥俄河流域。在我國十分罕見，至今國內(nèi)個案報道共11例。

組織胞漿菌病是一種傳染性很強的真菌病。常由呼吸道傳染，先侵犯肺，再波及其它單核巨噬系統(tǒng)如肝、脾，也可侵犯腎、中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)及其它臟器。此病世界各地均有傳播，我國自1955年首先在廣州發(fā)現(xiàn)1例，其后又陸續(xù)在常州、北京、南京等地發(fā)現(xiàn)數(shù)例。1990年我們曾發(fā)現(xiàn)國內(nèi)*duboisii變種感染者。。
